JLA Acquires 58-Unit Kenmore Village Apartments – First Time Sold in 30 years

The newest addition to Northeast King County portfolio

March 1, 2017 - JLA announces it’s acquisition of the Kenmore Village Apartments in Kenmore, WA. This is the first time the property has been sold. It was built in 1986, by it’s original owner. The four-building apartment property is located in the heart of the growing city of Kenmore, north of Seattle and Bellevue. “We are excited to add Kenmore Village to our apartment portfolio in Northeast King County” stated Joe Levin, Principal of JLA Properties Group, LLC . “We have owned and operated multifamily properties nearby for the past fourteen years, and we look forward to adding Kenmore Village.”

June 30, 2015 - JLA announces it’s acquisition of the 32-unit North City Place Apartments, formerly known as “The Firs”. Built in 1980/1981, the property is located in one of the best neighborhoods north of Seattle, in Shoreline, WA. “North City is a great location and residential neighborhood!” stated Joe Levin, JLA Properties Group, LLC Founder and Principal. He added “North City is one of the areas we will see more growth. It has all of the amenities people want, parks, shopping, convenience, award-winning schools, and with good access to Seattle. Many of our residents really enjoy living outside of crowded Seattle areas, with only a short commute to work. This is their second apartment acquisition in North City, Shoreline. In 2003, they acquired the La Maison Apartments nearby. Mr. Levin commented “It’s been a great property for us!”

November 16, 2020 - JLA secures $10.3 million Freddie Mac Loan of the 78-unit Northpointe Highlands Apartments. The property has been managed by JLA Properties Group, LLC since 2004. Mr. Levin stated “We have made significant progress in improving the property and operations since our ownership interest in 2004. We are very pleased to achieve a milestone of new financing, returning capital and additional proceeds to our investors.”
